Nansen Place is a self-catering unit located in the in the quiet southern suburb of Claremont and is the ideal spot for those visiting Cape Town and exploring this vibrant city filled with breathtaking scenery and friendly locals. The unit is located a short drive from Cavendish Square, a mall offering everything from a cinema and grocery stores, to a variety of restaurants and coffee shops.

The townhouse can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main air-conditioned bedroom contains a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom contains a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower over bath, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is an outside laundry with washing machine and tumble-dryer. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has 2 comfy couches and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi access is also available, with a 20GB limit.

The living area opens up onto a lovely patio area which has an outdoor dining table and braai facilities. Secure parking is available behind a remote gate.
