Enjoying views of the ocean, the spacious double-storey house comprises 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge. Two of the bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed, and has a bath and a shower en suite.

The third bedroom is furnished with 2 double beds, and has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, and a shower. The fourth bedroom contains 3 single beds, and has a shower en suite. The fifth bedroom is furnished with 4 single beds, and has a shower, and a bath en suite.

The modern open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar and dining table.

Guests can relax in the first-floor lounge that opens onto a balcony with a view of the ocean, or the ground floor lounge, which opens onto a stoep overlooking the garden and ocean.

Hermanus offers a variety of activities such as kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, swimming, fishing, horseback riding tours, golfing, as well as whale watching between July to October. Guests can also visit the various wine estate and vineyards or explore the Fernkloof Nature Reserve for walking, and hiking, and cycling.

Please keep your children safe around the swimming pool. Guests will need to pay a Cleaning fee up to R850 which will be added to accommodation Invoice. Guest need to please inform A-let Property Management of any breakages or damages that occurred in the house during their stay. Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit. If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
