From the minute you walk through apartment door, the natural light that flows throughout the apartment adds to the air of calmness and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need from the eye level oven to the microwave, dishwasher to washing machine and dryer, kettle to toaster. Everything has been carefully selected with comfort, easy and style in mind. The cupboards separate the kitchen from the lounge/dining are also double as extra work/ serving space. With the dinning room table situated right next to the expansive windows, what better way to have breakfast in the morning watch the waves crash on the beach or to end the day by having a meal or cocktail while watching the sun set over the ocean.

On the short walk to the bedrooms you will find the guest bathroom, which offers a Shower over bath, a basin and toilet, the guest bathroom is shared by two bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a comfortable double bed while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The main Bedroom offers a King Size Bed with en-suite bathroom with a shower, wash basin and toilet. All bedroom have plenty of built in cupboards.

This complex has a very strict No-Noise policy, which also entails that no shouting, loud talking or any noise disturbance will be allowed in the hallways or when moving around in the public areas within the complex. When inside the apartment, the doors and windows to the corridors are to always be kept closed as sound travels easily through the building. All sound (voice or TV) within the apartment should be kept very low at all times, no music or visitors are allowed, as this is a residential building that only allows peace and quiet.

Important Information

DEPOSIT POLICIES:
Payment must be fully settled: 30 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 2 days of guest confirmation of intention to book.

Key & Breakage Deposit:
A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before or at check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the apartment and may be changed at owner’s / management’s discretion. The following types of payments are accepted:
Secure online payment / Pre-authorisation link that can be sent directly to you or sent with the check in host on the day of arrival (preferred). This is for all short term stays less than 28 nights only.
If no credit card will be available upon check in and for all stays more than 28 nights; the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank before arrival.
If none of the two options above was actioned a non-refundable cash payment must be made before check in can be completed.
Deposits will be refunded between 7 and 14 working days after bank confirmation letter has been received, should everything be in order.

Arrivals:
Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R300 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.

Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
We may impose a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation before arrival. The fee will depend on the nature of order, the length of notice of cancellation before arrival, the reasonable potential to find alternative clients for the reservation and the reason for cancellation. No refunds in the event of cancellation after check-in.

The following cancellation fees apply on the full booking value:

More than 2 months prior to Arrival – 25%

15 – 30 Days prior to Arrival – 50%

Cancellation 14 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of accommodation fee

The above cancellation fees will be revised should we be able to re-let the apartment. The reservation booking fee is not refundable and will be utilized to cover costs.

Any Refunds and the waiver of cancellation policies are at the sole discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property.

15% administrative fee applies to all cancellations.
