Kindly note that South Africa is currently experiencing load shedding (intermittent loss of electricity). The building is affected by load shedding however we will provide a load a shedding lamp in the apartment for your usage in the event this happens. Important Information

For bookings where the arrival date is more than 7 days in the future, 50% of the booking must be paid to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid within 7 days of the check-in date.
Regular reminders will be sent to settle the outstanding 50% from 7 days prior to arrival. If we have not received the remaining 50% of the booking prior to arrival, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation and enforce the cancellation policy.
If the initial 50% payment has not been received within 48 hours of making the booking, the booking will be cancelled.
For bookings where the arrival date is less than 7 days in the future, 100% of the booking must be paid to confirm the booking.
Under no circumstances will keys be given to the guest until 100% of the booking is paid.
Cancellation of the booking more than 7 days before checkin date will result in a charge of 50% of the booking value.
Cancellation of the booking within 7 days of checkin date will result in a charge of 100% of the booking value.
