In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R450 cleaning fee per booking.

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.

No pets permitted.
No smoking permitted.
No parties or additional guests without prior approval from the host.
The removal, loss, or damage of any household items will result in additional fees.
Kindly note, a fee will be charged for any house rules broken during your stay.

During your stay:
If you would like a housekeeper to come in, please let the establishment know and they can arrange this for you at an additional cost.

Departure/Check out:
If you will be checking out earlier than 10:00 please advise ahead of time so that the establishment can make the necessary arrangements.

Please refer to the black folder at the property for Wi-Fi and any other information about the house and activities in the area.

Please ensure to pay the breakage deposit 3 days before your arrival date. Bank details will be provided.
Please provide your banking details so that refund can be made after post stay inspection. Refund can take 3-5 business days.

Any arrivals after 17:00 pm will result in an additional fee of R350.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
