To the tarrifs quoted, the following must be added:

- R400.00 booking fee.
- When linen has been provided by the owner, the final laundry bill will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
- Vacate the property by 9:00 am on the day of departure.
- Payment to be made in full prior to arrival.
- No keys will be handed out after hours unless full payment has been received.
- Abide by all house rules and regulations.
- No pets allowed unless permission is granted by the owner.
- Offer subject to confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

No show or cancellation within 14 days of stay – No refund due.
Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before stay – 25% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before stay – 50% of the deposit will be refunded
Cancellation more than 60 days before stay – full refund.
