Clients can pay EFTor card.
We require a 50% deposit upon booking within 12 hours and the balance 14 days prior to arrival. Booking will be cancelled if payment is not received within stipulated time. Please ensure you use your booking reference number when making payment.

Extra Charges.
We require a R450 check-out cleaning fee.

Please DO NOT go to the address provided on the system, that is our office address. You will be met at the apartment by a representative with keys to check you in.
Please Note : Check-in is from 2pm and Check-out is 10am.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
