Important Information

Damage Deposit:
Guests must provide a damage deposit and a valid credit card as guarantee upon arrival.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions implies agreement that damages caused by guests or their party will be deducted from the deposit. Guests are liable for any excess damages.

Payment methods:
Cash: Refundable in full at check-out after property inspection.
Credit Card: Refund processed to the same card within 4 to 7 days after departure and inspection.

Damage deposit is requested upon arrival and should be paid in cash or by credit card (see your confirmation email for method).

Property Cleaning:
Guests must leave the property in perfect condition, disposing of waste properly and tidying up.
Additional cleaning charges apply if the property is not left in acceptable condition.
Daily cleaning is included in the rate, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Check-in Time:

Available to check in from 14:00. - Early arrivals may be accommodated if possible.
A fee of R300.00 applies for arrivals between 19:00 and 07:00; payable in cash on arrival.
Check-out is by 10:00. - Late departure without prior approval may incur penalties.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or changes must be made via email or fax; phone cancellations or changes are not accepted.

The pre-paid booking deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

For fully paid bookings (100% of stay):
* Cancellations made 30-89 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
* Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Changes to dates or property are considered a new booking and are subject to standard cancellation procedures.

Clients are strongly advised to purchase holiday cancellation insurance.

Any cancellation, including force majeure, is subject to this cancellation policy.

If BookNow cannot provide the booked property, the client will be informed and offered a similar property.

If no agreement is reached, the client will be refunded the amount paid, minus:
* 100% of the rental amount paid before arrival, and
* The percentage corresponding to the unused days of the booked stay.

An administrative fee of 15% will apply to all cancellations.
