For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a modest reimbursement may be requested.
Please be advised that our Strand property is situated near the area undergoing the City of Cape Town’s multi-phase Seawall Project, which aims to enhance the beachfront’s coastal defences and promenade. The current phase of construction extends from the Strand Pavilion to the Ocean Breeze Hotel and is expected to conclude by November 2026. While occasional noise or activity may be noticeable, it is not expected to affect your stay or overall experience at our property.

Cancellation Policy

Should the booking be cancelled 15 days or more prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be refunded.
Should the booking be cancelled 14 days or less prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be forfeited.
An administrative fee of 17.25 % will apply to all cancellations.
