Important Information

In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R900 cleaning fee per booking.

A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the establishment.

-Guests are expected to sign a rental agreement with the property on confirmation of the booking.
- Excessive noise and loud music are not allowed.
- Only guests as per the booking confirmation will be allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property.
- Pets are not allowed on the property, except by special arrangements for guide dogs to aid handicapped or visually impaired guests.
- If any item is missing, broken or damaged at the time of departure, the replacement value will be deducted from the deposit.
- If there are stains on the linen, the linen will be replaced and the replacement value will be deducted from the deposit.
- The breakage deposit is normally refunded within 14 days after departure.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the deposit.
