The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.
In order for us to ensure that our information is up to date, should any of the reservation details as per above be incorrect, kindly inform us accordingly.
Please note that we would require a 50% deposit within 24 Hours in order to secure your reservation.
The balance is payable 15 days prior to arrival and/or if a booking is made within 14 days of arrival the full settlement is required upon booking.
If a deposit is not received within 24 hours of a reservation, it will be automatically removed from the system and the booking will not be honoured.
Additional information for noting:
• Check in times – strictly after 14:00 Please inform us of the time.
• Check out time – strictly before 10:00 (Check out after 10:00 are subject to additional charges R250 per hour) Please respect the fact that we need extra time to clean and sanitize according to protocol and cannot accommodate late check out)
• Please make arrangements to collect the key prior to arrival.
• The room tariff mentioned above is applicable per booking per night.
• Guests are requested to settle their bills directly upon check in or prior to arrival.
• No smoking and no pets allowed. R1000.00 Penalty will apply.
• No parties or loud music. Estate fines and penalties will apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Guests who booked at Oystercatcher Villa via online travel agents, or any other third party travel professional, are requested to contact their agent for further information on their respective policies. Oystercatcher Villa will not be held liable for online travel agent or flight cancellations.
• Guests who booked directly through our Website, Email or WhatsApp must contact us directly by email.
• Outright cancellations of bookings with Oystercatcher Villa; cancellations within 30 days prior to travel will result in our standard terms and conditions and cancellation policy.
• As per our Standard Cancellation Policies, and in the event of a total cancellation of the booking, the following cancellation fees will apply from 6 June 2022:
• Cancellation 14 days or less before arrival - forfeit 50% of booking total
• Cancellation 14 - 21 days before arrival - forfeit 25% of deposit
• Cancellation more than 21 days before arrival pay 10% of booking total for admin and transaction fees
• No shows will be charged for in full
• In selected cases some exclusions may apply. Peak period cancellations will be strictly enforced.
• Please contact us when cancelling your reservation if further, applicable terms or exceptions apply and when booking or changing reservations.
• We have the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and will send out notifications of these changes
