Panacea is a split-level Villa, very private and situated partially in a green belt. Wall to ceiling glass panelled bay windows lets in streams of light on gleaming wood and tastefully designed decor. Panacea is a split-level 4-bedroom villa with a separate fifth studio bedroom on a lower level. Views of the Atlantic Ocean and Lion’s Head mountain can be enjoyed from the open plan lounge and dining room which flows onto a large wooden deck with outside dining and a Jacuzzi. Pool beds on the deck create the opportunity for ultimate relaxation.

The modern kitchen, also open plan to the 10-seater dining room, is fully equipped and has a separate scullery with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Three bedrooms, each with their own air conditioning heating/cooling units, are located on the upper level and the fourth room is located on the entrance level.

This property is a short walk (about 2 minutes) to the Camps Bay beachfront and ideal for a family or group of friends. The property is also adjacent to The Little Glen, a perfect space for picnics or for children to play.

Comprising 3 levels, the views – and sunsets – from the villa are spectacular and sweeping: from Lion’s Head and across Camps Bay beach and the blue Atlantic ocean beyond.

NB: Child safety issues with steps, balconies, open pool and not suitable for people with mobility issues as there are quite a few stairs to access the property.

Important Information

Damages Deposit:
A damages deposit shall be required before check-in and is used to cover any loss or damage
suffered by BookNow, the owner and/or their representative. The damage deposit method and
amount shall vary depending on the property booked. The damage deposit shall be refunded to
the guest via BookNow within 14 working days after the premises has been vacated & checked
and after deduction of any cost to repair damage to the premises and/or to the contents thereof,
outstanding amounts and/or any other expenses for which the guest is liable. The guest hereby
authorises BookNow, the owner, and/or their representative to utilise such funds as required from
the aforesaid

- No birthday parties, functions, events and/or similar are to be held the property
- No pets allowed

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation:
In the event of a cancellation by the GUEST, the AGENT must immediately notify BookNow in
writing. The cancellation date shall be deemed to be the date when such notice is received by
BookNow. In the event of cancellation, the following charges shall apply;

• Cancellation 31 days or more before arrival – the initial booking deposit shall be
forfeited (50% of the total booking value); or
• Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival – 100% of the total booking cost shall be
forfeited.
In the event of a Peak booking (any booking falling between 15 December – 10 January):
• Cancellation 61 days or more before arrival – the initial booking deposit shall be
forfeited (50% of the total booking value); or
• Cancellation 60 days or less before arrival – 100% of the total booking cost shall be
forfeited.

There shall be no entitlement to a refund in the event that a GUEST decides to stay for a shorter
period than has been booked and paid for.
