The apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three beautifully decorated bedrooms:

*The main bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, air conditioning, stunning sea views, and a modern ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

*The second bedroom is perfect for children or friends, offering twin beds and a dedicated bathroom with both a bathtub and shower.

*The third bedroom also boasts a king-sized bed, lovely sea views, and a work desk—ideal for remote work or journaling—with access to its own private bathroom.

The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area is the heart of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, Nespresso machine, and everything you need to cook up a storm—all while enjoying views of the Atlantic Ocean. The adjacent living space is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine as you watch the sun set over Cape Town.

Additional features include a cozy TV lounge with surround sound, outdoor seating for al fresco dining or morning coffee, and air conditioning throughout to ensure year-round comfort. An inverter system provides backup power to essential lights and plugs during load shedding, so your stay remains as seamless as possible.

What’s Included:
*Housekeeping: Light daily service Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Additional housekeeping on off-days available upon request.

Good to Know:
*Access: The apartment is situated up four short flights of stairs—please note that there is no elevator access.
*Load Shedding Backup: Backup power supports select lights and plugs; high-powered appliances are not supported. The gas hob and fireplace remain functional during outages.
*Child Policy: Children of all ages are welcome.
*Smoking: Strictly no smoking indoors; smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas.
*Noise: Located in a quiet, residential area. A noise monitoring system is in place to ensure peaceful enjoyment for all.
*Security: External CCTV cameras monitor entrances, exits, and the garage for added peace of mind.
*Parking: One dedicated garage parking bay (not suitable for large vehicles) and limited on-street parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Important Information

Arrival & Departure

Standard check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival.

Check-out time is before 10am on the day of departure.

We will try to accommodate all other arrival and departure times. If you have any special requests, please contact the office to arrange this prior to the date of your arrival.

To guarantee early arrivals or late departures, an additional fee of half a day's rental may be charged.

Upon check-in, you may be required to produce proof of identification and your credit card.

Should guests not check-out at the agreed time on the check-out date, the manager will be entitled to charge for the overstay at a rate of up to double the average rate of their current stay, plus all applicable Guest Fees, Taxes and any legal expenses incurred.

It is important to note that by agreeing to our terms and conditions, the guest authorises the Property Manager to utilise their deposit to cover any breakages or damages to the property.

Payment Terms
In order to confirm a reservation, a deposit payment of 50% is due within 48 hours of written confirmation of booking.

A balance payment of 50% is due 40 days prior to arrival.

We require verification on TRUVI OR a cash payment of up to R50,000 for damage deposit purposes.

Our properties are protected by TRUVI – a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly by TRUVI to complete your booking validation, which includes ID verification. We also use TRUVI to collect either a fully refundable deposit (plus a non-refundable admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver.

We charge a once-off per booking fee.

Smoking Policy
All our properties are strictly non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, pipes, cigars, hubbly bubblies and marijuana.

Please note that any guests who smoke inside a property will be levied a R5,000 fine per incident. This is payable directly to your Host by card payment or cash. Additional charges may be levied for professional upholstery, linen and curtain cleaning and sanitising.
Liability

The tenant/guest accepts liability for all minors and all visitors to the property. For more information or any queries, please contact us.
Events Policy

Our properties are for Accommodation purposes only. We do not act as a hosting venue nor are our properties intended for such use.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings will receive a refund, less 20% administrative fee if cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Bookings cancelled between 60 & 32 days prior to arrival, forfeit the deposit.

Bookings cancelled within 31 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment.

Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property.
In the event that your cancelled dates are rebooked, the Property Manager will charge an 11.5% booking fee and the guests will receive a refund for the balance.

An administrative fee of 20% will apply to all cancellations.

We advise all guests to take out cancellation insurance.
