- A service fee of R80 is paid to the property manager
- Breakage/Security deposit fee is required. A credit card imprint will be taken on arrival.
- The cleaning is included in the rater per a night. Shorter bookings will receive daily housekeeping, longer bookings will be specified.
- Checkout is at 11am on the day of departure. If an extended checkout time is needed, please contact us prior to the time so that necessary arrangements can be made in advance.

Cancellation Policy

- Non-Arrival without cancellation will be charged 100% cancellation.
- Cancellation less than 7 days will be charged 100% cancellation.
- From 7 days to 14 days will be charged 75% of the full stay.
- From 7 days to 14 days will be charged 75% of the full stay.
- From 7 days to 14 days will be charged 75% of the full stay.
- From 14 days to 21 days will be charged 50% of the full stay.
- From 21 days to 30 days will be charged 25% of the full stay.

Cancellations in excess of 30 days prior may incur a maximum 5% administration fee to cover banking and handling charges.
