Pembroke 205 is a large one bedroom apartment within the V&A Marina Residential Complex. This gorgeous, spacious apt in Cape Town's most sought after area. Large living and dining area open onto a covered balcony overlooking the canal. The bedroom also has patio doors opening up to the balcony.
The property has an inverter which means that the apartment isn't affected by loadshedding. All appliances work during loadshedding except the stove, oven & tumble dryer.
Cleaning service is provided on request - otherwise a complimentary clean is provided once weekly, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Unlimited wifi included and satellite TV + Netflix.
Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. I will greet you upon arrival and help you navigate the complex security and ensure you are all set up with all you need and then are available by phone to deal with any issue you may have.

Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves.
Other things to note
For stays longer than a weekly mid-stay clean is offered. We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required.
Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.
All appliances work during loadshedding except the stove, oven & tumble dryer.
Should you wish, breakfast vouchers can be purchased at an additional ZAR150 per guest per meal. Let us know beforehand and we will have the vouchers present at check-in. The vouchers are for Bootleggers Coffee Company, right down the road.
Please note, in accordance to the rules of the Waterfront Marina Estate, should you wish to have visitors over, you will need to give the security booth staff a notice of 12 hours porior to the visitor's arrival.
