Perivoli Lagoon House is a stunning 4-bedroom villa, situated in a pristine wilderness reserve, overlooking the banks of the Klein River lagoon and mountains. The ultra-contemporary villa is available for exclusive use, and its location is the ideal getaway for complete privacy on the water, amidst the Cape floral kingdom.

The villa is adorned with thoughtful touches, and tasteful African-sourced artefacts and art work. The villa boasts bright and spacious living areas, a large outside deck with heated infinity pool, and covered outside areas with deep sofas for a shaded view of the lagoon, or to sit back and enjoy the bird life.

There are 4 en-suite bedrooms with a double bed in each and a private decked terrace. Each bed can be converted into 2 single beds if needed. Each en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower, as well as handmade bath products from Wild Olive.

The open-plan lounge and dining room boasts wide glass doors and windows, with beautiful views of the lagoon. Equipped with ceiling fans, underfloor heating, a fireplace and eco-friendly pellet stoves, the living area serves as the ideal spot to unwind and observe the panoramic view. The dining area has ample space for hosting, including a fully equipped designer kitchen with a separate scullery and laundry room. In addition, a small decorative herb garden provides fresh ingredients for the kitchen. This is available for guests use.

The villa comes with a team dedicated to your stay, including a private nature guide, a host, a chef, a butler, and a housekeeper. Three gourmet meals, including refreshments, are served daily at your convenience. Enjoy tailored nature activities, such as beach excursions, guided fynbos walks, and access to kayaks and mountain bikes, as well as complimentary use of a private speed boat, skis, tubes and a skipper for 2 hours. Other activities include a private complimentary wine tasting and vineyard tour, and a private open 4x4 safari vehicle for excursions to the adjacent Walker Bay Nature Reserve.
