The kitchen is fully-equipped for self-catering with the added convenience of tea- and coffee- making facilities, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The living area includes comfortable couches and a TV with DStv access. On the upper level is also a bar area with a pool table and a braai area overlooking the estate and with some views of the Langebaan Lagoon.

There are numerous hiking trails and cycling routes, especially the popular “Fox Trail”. The swimming pool, as well as the tennis courts, are available free of charge to residents.
