Overview

Plottie is a spacious holiday home situated in Struisbaai, within walking distance from the picturesque harbour, beach and shops.

The accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms and there are 1 en-suite bathroom and a separate bathroom.

The living area and kitchen are open plan and the kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, full-length fridge, full-length freezer and a big chest freezer. We have a two-plate gas stove as alternative during loadshedding. The lights in the main living areas are connected to an uninterrupted power supply (UPS) and we provide two portable rechargeable lights.

Bedding, DStv Premium (Explora with HD PVR access) and uncapped 50Mb/50Mb fibre Wi-Fi (with two access points to ensure excellent coverage throughout the property) are available. The TV, DStv, Entertainment system and WiFi are connected to the UPS for a seamless transition into and out of loadshedding. You won’t even miss one second of your favourite sports or series!

The house has a courtyard with covered braai area. A braai grid and utensils are available.

Located 4 km from Cape Agulhas, which is the southernmost point of the African continent. Approximately 250 m from the beach, 750 m from the harbour and 1300 m from the shops and main swimming beach.

The rate is on a per-person-sharing basis and therefore covers the minimum number of bedrooms required to accommodate the number of guests. The unreserved bedrooms are locked. By default, the specific bedrooms/bathrooms prepared depends on the number of guests, for example, for 4 guests we prepare 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, for 6 guests we prepare the king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a room with 4 single beds and the second bathroom etc.

If you wish to use more bedrooms than implied by the number of guests, or have specific requirements, this should be arranged as soon as possible after making your booking. The vast majority of requests are accommodated without an additional fee.

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis. Guests need to bring their own bath and swimming towels. We do provide some toilet paper, air freshener, hand soap, dishwasher cubes as well as dishwashing liquid and sponge.
