1. The owner has the first right on his house, should the house booked become unavailable, we reserve the right to move a booking to alternative accommodation of an equal or higher standard.

2. We ask that all accommodation fees to be paid before arrival, to avoid confusion about rates and to avoid waiting on busy days when all guests want to check in.

3. Check-In time is from 14h00 - 18:00 (depending whether the unit is ready) and check-out time is 10:00 during season, school holidays and long week-ends. Out of season, you can normally check-in at 14:00. If you would like to check-in earlier or check-out later, this MUST BE PRE-ARRANGED.

Cancellation Policy

ALL cancellations and/or amendments must be made via email.

Guests are held accountable for FULL PAYMENT of booking period regardless whether guests check in later or check out earlier than booking dates. ( regardless of the reason)

The following apply for cancellations:

PEAK TIME BOOKINGS – Easter weekend, Long weekend, School Holidays – bookings 100 % booking fee forfeited, REGARDLESS HOW LONG IN ADVANCE CANCELLATION NOTICE IS RECEIVED.

Cancellation for other periods:

15% of TOTAL BOOKING FEE on all cancelled bookings.

50% of TOTAL BOOKING FEE if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival.

100% of TOTAL BOOKING FEE if cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival.

FULL PAYMENT needs to be made for bookings from 1 December to 31 January NO LATER THAN 30 November as this is our PEAK SEASON.

If full payment is not received Point Village Self-Catering Accommodation reserves the right to cancel the booking and refund all moneys paid.

Point Village Self-Catering Accommodation reserves the right to cancel a booking automatically after 48 hours without notice if NO DEPOSIT is received
