- We ask that all accommodation fees to be paid before arrival, to avoid confusion about rates and to avoid waiting on busy days when all guests want to check in.
- Check-In time is from 14h00 - 18:00 (depending whether the unit is ready) and check-out time is 10:00 during season, school holidays and long week-ends. - Out of season, you can normally check-in at 14:00. If you would like to check-in earlier or check-out later, this MUST BE PRE-ARRANGED.
- Breakage deposits are charged in order to maintain the high standard of our units.
- Please report any shortages at the beginning of your stay and any breakages at the end of your stay.
