This is a beautiful double story holiday house. It has everything that you need for a perfect getaway holiday. Regretfully no children under the age of 13 are allowed.

Riverside 18 sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms which are all en-suite. The first bedroom has 1 queen bed, the second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom with a set of bunk beds. The villa also offers 2 lounges, one with a bar area and one with a wood fireplace, an open plan kitchen, scullery, double garage, and pool table and a large garden with swimming pool (no safety net).

Important Information

- A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R800 applies to every booking irrespective of the length of stay.
- A refundable breakages deposit of R2000 is due in cash on arrival.
- All linen and bath towels provided. Beach and Swimming Pool towels are not included.
- No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees shall be applicable:
Cancellations for the peak seasons may not be made less than 90 days (3 months) prior to arrival date, and less than 30 days (2 months) prior to arrival date for off-peak periods.
A cancellation fee equal to 20% deposit will be charged.
If we can secure another booking for the same dates, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded to the guest less any nights that weren't booked by another party.

A 50% deposit is due within 48 hours to secure your booking. Bookings will automatic expire within 48 hours without a secure deposit.
The balance is due 5 working days prior to arrival, No keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid.
10% administrative fee for all cancellations
