This extraordinary 3-bedroom villa is situated in the heart of Bakoven offering sweeping views across the ocean towards the Twelve Apostles mountain range from the roof terrace. This Villa has been sophistically designed with airy open plan living spaces, a Feng Shui courtyard, and private plunge pool.
The Villa has been uniquely designed with the various levels all built around the central courtyard with a plunge pool. This allows for a group to enjoy the use of different spaces within the Villa and not necessarily have to be in the same living area or outdoor space simultaneously.
As you enter the property you walk into the open plan living room, dining and kitchen area. This level also offers a guest bathroom. The kitchen has been fully equipped with all you could possibly need for you holiday including dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave. The dining table seats 6 guests. There is also an L-shaped couch and flat screen TV with DSTV access. There is a smaller terrace leading off the living room with views towards the sea.
Just up the stairs you will find the first 2 bedrooms, one being a Queen and the other being a Double bedroom. Each of these bedrooms is en-suite with showers and each bedroom has access to a separate terrace with outdoor seating for 6 guests.
Further down the passage towards the mountain side of the property you will find an additional informal lounge with courtyard. There is also a guest bathroom leading off this area.
A few stairs up either takes you directly onto the roof terrace or leads you into the spacious Master Bedroom. The Master bedroom is light and airy with a King Size bed, walk in dressing area and large en-suite bathroom with both a bath, double vanity and double walk in shower.
As you walk along the decked landing to the top terrace you are greeted with the most exquisite 180 degree views over the Atlantic. The roof terrace is large with a covered outdoor dining space to seat 8 guests. From the terrace, you will be able to enjoy watching the most exquisite sunsets.
This property is ideal for those who enjoy travelling together but who may also want to enjoy each having their own space.
This is a dedicated year-round vacation home which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!
Important: As a professional property manager, we are delighted to inform you that all our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, removing the need for you to provide a physical cash damage deposit. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself and finalise the process. In the unlikely event that Superhog is unable to provide the necessary damages cover, you would be required to provide a physical damages deposit prior arrival.

Important Information
Arrival & Departure
Standard check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is before 10am on the day of departure.
We will try to accommodate all other arrival and departure times. If you have any special requests, please contact the office to arrange this prior to the date of your arrival.
To guarantee early arrivals or late departures, an additional fee of half a day's rental may be charged.
Upon check-in, you may be required to produce proof of identification and your credit card.
Should guests not check-out at the agreed time on the check-out date, the manager will be entitled to charge for the overstay at a rate of up to double the average rate of their current stay, plus all applicable Guest Fees, Taxes and any legal expenses incurred.
It is important to note that by agreeing to our terms and conditions, the guest authorises the Property Manager to utilise their deposit to cover any breakages or damages to the property.
Payment Terms
In order to confirm a reservation, a deposit payment of 50% is due within 48 hours of written confirmation of booking.
A balance payment of 50% is due 40 days prior to arrival.
Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG – a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG to complete your booking validation, which includes ID verification.
We charge a once-off per booking fee of R550.
Smoking Policy
All our properties are strictly non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, pipes, cigars, hubbly bubblies and marijuana.
A minimum fine of R10 000 will be charged if smoking, narghile, shisha, goza, hookah, water pipes, battery powered electronic smoking devices or any other activity that burns tobacco (or similar) takes place indoors on the property or guests/tenants may be requested to vacate the property or both. You will be billed additionally for the cleaning of the property.

Events,Functions and Parties:
Our properties are for accommodation purposes only. No parties, functions, events and/or similar are to be held at the properties under any circumstances. As such no third-party suppliers, caterers, external contractors and/or similar are allowed onto the premises, unless by prior arrangement and written consent by management.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation the guest/agent must immediately notify BookNow in writing. The cancellation date shall be deemed to be the date when such notice is received by BookNow. In the event of cancellation, the following charges shall apply;
Cancellation 31 days or more before arrival – the initial booking deposit shall be forfeited (50% of the total booking value); or
Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival – 100% of the total booking cost shall be forfeited.
In the event of a Peak booking (any booking falling between 15 December – 10 January):
Cancellation 61 days or more before arrival – the initial booking deposit shall be forfeited (50% of the total booking value); or
Cancellation 60 days or less before arrival – 100% of the total booking cost shall be forfeited.An administrative fee of 20% will apply to all cancellations.
Amendments or booked dates: Please note that any amendment requests shall be at the discretion of the owner/manager and the company (additional charges will apply, if approved). There shall be no entitlement to a refund in the event that the guest decides to stay for a shorter period than what has been booked and paid for. Also note the rates are based and negotiated based on the originally booked dates. Shortening of stays will result in an increase of the nightly rate, if accepted by the owner/ manager and the company.
**Travel Insurance: Guests are advised to procure suitable insurance covering cancellation and agree to purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including “Cancel for any reason cover” at the time of the booking.
