3. When linen has been provided by the owner, the final laundry bill will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
4. Vacate the property by 9:00 am on the day of departure.
5. Payment to be made in full prior to arrival.
6. No keys will be handed out after hours unless full payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy

No show or cancellation within 14 days of stay – No refund due.
Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before stay – 25% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before stay – 50% of the deposit will be refunded
Cancellation more than 60 days before stay – full refund.
