Rus In De Rust is a beautiful 1920's heritage house that has been lovingly restored and beautifully furnished offering spacious accommodation for up to 4 guests. De Rust is a picturesque village at the foot of the Swartberg Mountain range and at the entrance to the world-famous Meiringspoort.

The house comprises 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed.

The open plan lounge and dining room lead through to the kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. There is a separate lounge with a Smart TV with Netflix streaming.

Both bedrooms and the living room opens onto a wraparound verandah where guests can sit and enjoy the stunning views over the town and mountains. There is an indoor braai in the kitchen as well as an outdoor braai for guests to enjoy. A "plaasdam swembad" compliments the house where guests can cool down in the hot summer Karoo days.

Rus In De Rust not only offers safe accommodation that is within easy reach of the main road with its restaurants and coffee shops but also offers the tranquillity and country feel guests would expect from a quaint country village.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
