Saints View 425 is a self-catering apartment located in the newly developed secure Saints View Timeshare Resort in the heart of the Hibiscus Coast, KwaZulu-Natal. Saints View is within walking distance from the popular Uvongo Main Beach, with its picturesque lagoon. Most of the units offer beautiful sea views.

Saints View 425 can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The bedrooms each contain a double bed or twin single beds. There is a double sleeper couch in the lounge area for children only. Clients need to bring with there own towels and own standard DSTV decoder and smart card with to have TV availble .

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. The lounge area features pre-paid air-conditioning, The lounge and main bedroom lead out to the large balcony with built-in braai facilities.

The upmarket resort features an 18-hole putt-putt course, jungle gym and a beautiful sparkling pool is not available until Covid -19 lock down is been lifted. Secure basement parking is available on-site.

Come and enjoy our famous Water world in Wild Coast Sun, Mac Bananas 5 km before Port Edward, Lake Eiland and our local pleasure trips on the sea.

Important Information

In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R550 admin fee per booking.

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.

- Please note that the admin fee is included in the quote.
- The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable before arrival and is not included in the rate.
- The reservation agreement that will be sent to the client after the deposit was paid must be filled in and sent back before arrival. No keys will be released without the necessary documentation returned to the host.
- The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after departure, less any deductions for breakages.
- Should the property be damaged either wilfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit.
- Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform the host immediately.
- The breakage deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by yourself.
- Please remember to email the host your account details.
- Please ensure that the outstanding balance reflects in the host's bank account 7 days prior to arrival.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.
- No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats or houses. Should you smoke in the house you will lose your breakage deposit in full.
- If a cleaning service is needed it can be arranged prior to arrival, at an additional cost.
- Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
- We cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to tenants caused by an act beyond our control. In the event of any appliance being out of order we cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof.

Don’t forget to bring the following:
- Towels for swimming and bathing.
- DStv decoder with the remote and card.
- Your own cleaning chemicals and toilet paper for your stay.
