This 3-bedroom villa is able to accommodate 6 people, and has 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-bath. The second and third bedrooms each have 2 single beds. These 2 bedrooms share a separate bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned.

The fully equipped kitchen contains a stove with an oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen also has a washing machine and tumble-dryer.

The dining area has a round table with seating, while the lounge has comfortable seating and a TV with selected DStv channels. The living area opens up onto a patio area, which features outdoor seating, and gas braai facilities to use.

Important Information

A refundable breakage deposit of R 1500.00 is required and refunded, less breakage and entry fee, between 15 and 30 days after departure. Guests must please provide their bank details when checking out.
A R 500 admin fee is payable.
Outstanding balance payments are due 7 days prior to arrival.
A late departure fee of R400 will be levied off your breakage deposit. Check-out time is 10:00.
Please note that the following charges are applicable:
R30.00 per day per vehicle for the first 3 days.
R100.00 per vehicle for 4 to 7 consecutive days.
R200.00 per vehicle for 8 or more consecutive days.
The entry fee charged per vehicle will be deducted from your refundable breakage deposit. Please indicate upon booking, how many vehicles will be joining your party, to enable us to prepare your tags for entry onto the Estate.
Motorcycles and motorised boats are not allowed on the estate.
Please note you will not be granted entry onto the estate until you have paid your account in full.
Please check your villa inventory on arrival and report any breakage or damage to the offices at the main gate.
No pets are allowed on the estate.
Guest are kindly requested to bring their own beach towels, dishcloths as well as soap and toilet paper.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 28 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
If cancelling 56 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
