San Lameer Villa 3303 is located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18 hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 magnificent blue flag beaches.

The air-conditioned villa can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The one bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom contains a single bed and bunk beds . The bathrooms are both fitted with a shower, and guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stove, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The multi-storey villa also has a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer. The dining area has seating for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a TV with selected DStv channels.

The living area opens up onto an undercover patio area which has an outdoor dining table, and braai facilities and overlooks the lawn and pond.

The villa is equipped with WiFi and a water tank for a back-up water supply .

Important Information

In addition to your accommodation charges, please be aware of the following fees:
• A R2000 Refundable Breakage Deposit
• An R650 Admin Fee

To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit of the total accommodation cost plus R2650 (R2000 Refundable Breakage Deposit and R650 Admin fee) within 14 days of booking. The outstanding balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival.
Ensure you have a valid car and driver’s license to enter the Estate.

Please note that you will not be granted access to the estate until your account is paid in full.

The host requires FICA documentation to grant access to the Estate:
- Proof of residence
- Copy of ID
- Bank-stamped bank details for refundable breakage deposit.

Pre-register using the facial recognition link sent via email before arrival to avoid delays during the check-in process.
Guests are to bring their own beach towels, and dishwashing tablets if the villa has a dishwasher.
A starter pack is provided upon arrival but will not be replenished: hand soap, toilet paper and dishwashing liquid.

Please note we do not accept cash on the estate.

A fee of R400 will be deducted from your breakage deposit if you depart after 10:00.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the villas. A R1000 fine will be levied for any violations.
Exceeding the villa’s maximum capacity may result in eviction and penalty fees.
Lock all doors and windows before leaving your villa to prevent monkey access.
Guests must check the villa inventory upon arrival and report any discrepancies immediately.
All furniture, equipment, and appliances must be left in their original condition, accounting for reasonable wear and tear.
Damaged or missing items will be deducted from the breakage deposit and replaced at the guest’s expense. If the damage exceeds the breakage deposit, clients must cover the difference within 30 days after departure.
The host reserves the right to cancel any letting due to damage or disturbance.

Pets are not allowed on the estate.

The host accepts no liability for injury, death, loss, damage, or expenses arising from various factors, including natural events, theft, government actions, limitations, travel restrictions, and unforeseen emergencies.

Refunds may be considered for unforeseen emergencies with appropriate proof submitted to management.

Daily service between 08:00 and 14:00, except Sundays and Public holidays. Towels are changed every second day only and linen every fifth day. Standard Villas do not receive daily services, only linen and a towel change every fifth day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 28 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
If cancelling 56 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
