The multi-storey house comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and lounge. The loft room is furnished with 2 single beds, and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, and a bath. Located on the ground floor, the main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. A single bed is available in the corridor, and the rooms share the use of a bathroom with a bath, and a shower.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or dining table. A dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer are also available for guests to use.

Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels and a fireplace for the colder days and evenings. The living area opens onto a stoep where guests can relax.

Dullstroom offers various activities such as fishing, and hiking trails, and guests can visit the Dullstroom Nature Reserve, Steenkampsberg Nature Reserve, and Verloren Vallei Nature Reserve.

Pet policy:
- Dogs are welcome with prior arrangements and at an additional cost, and guests please need to confirm the size and amount of dogs per booking.
- Pet bedding, baskets, and beds must be provided by the owner, and pets are not allowed on the beds or other furniture.
- Dogs must be tick/flea/parasite-free; if an infestation results from visiting pets, the cost of fumigation will be for the guest’s account.
- If there are other cottages on the property, dogs must be leashed when around the other cottages, guests, and staff on the farm, and kept under control at all times.
- Consideration must be given to resident dogs, cats, horses, farm animals and wildlife.
- Guests are asked to be considerate; pick up and dispose of pet waste, keep pet noise levels to a minimum, and consider other possible guests on the property.
- Pet owners are fully responsible for their pets and any damages caused by pets must be paid by the owner before departure.

WE REGRET THAT DUE TO INCREASING INCIDENTS OF THEFT AND DAMAGE TO PROPERTY BY GUESTS, WE NOW REQUIRE A COPY OF A VALID RSA ID, DRIVERS LICENSE, OR INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT; NO DIRECTIONS OR KEYS WILL BE ISSUED WITHOUT RECEIPT OF A COPY OF ONE OF THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
If cancelling 365 days before arrival, forfeit R120.00.
