Each booking requires a standard booking fee, a departure cleaning fee, and a refundable breakage deposit. The breakage deposit will be added to your final invoice and refunded after inspection.
Cardholder ID/Passport is required at check-in.
The credit card used for the online deposit must be presented at check-in.
Prepayment Policy
A 50% deposit and a completed online registration form (including a copy of your passport) are required to confirm the booking. The balance and breakage deposit are due two weeks prior to check-in.
Indemnity
The Property Manager, as well as the Owner, do not accept liability for any loss and/or damage to personal items and/or persons for any reason whatsoever. Sufficient travel and medical insurance is therefore strongly advised.
Important Information
We provide guests with a starter pack for the first day of arrival, consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, basic cleaning detergents, and bathroom amenities. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay.
We provide a sufficient number of prepaid electricity units to cover your stay. However, excessive use of air conditioning or heating systems may deplete these units more quickly. Should the units run out, any additional usage will be at your own expense. Please note that electricity usage is capped at the average consumption rate for the apartment.
We provide each guest with a fitted sheet and duvet (placed on the bed), as well as one bath towel and one hand towel per guest.
Guests are kindly requested to bring their own login details for DSTV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and any other applicable streaming services, as not all apartments are equipped with login credentials.
Housekeeping services can be arranged at an additional cost and must be requested prior to arrival. For bookings longer than seven (7) nights, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service, including a linen change, is provided.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction, and no refunds will be issued.
Alcohol consumption is not permitted in any communal areas.
International plugs/converters are not provided; guests are requested to bring their own.
Please note that we are not informed of renovations in neighbouring units. Should this occur during working hours, we are unable to prevent associated noise.
Furnishings, window coverings, kitchen utensils, cookware, and cutlery are selected by the Owner. The Property Manager can only recommend and does not dictate these items.
During periods of strong winds, outdoor furniture may be kept indoors; however, guests are welcome to use it outside when conditions permit.
Strong winds may occasionally cause odours or whistling sounds in some apartments. These usually dissipate; if not, please contact your Host.
Some apartments are located near restaurants and pubs, and guests should be aware that noise may occur.
If you are unsure about the size (square meters) of your apartment, please consult your Host.
Please report any issues or dissatisfaction on the day of arrival so they can be addressed promptly. Our priority is to ensure your stay is as pleasant and memorable as possible.
Please note that any in-person check-in after 7:00 pm will incur an additional charge of R500.00.
An airport shuttle service can be arranged at an additional cost.
