We have an automatic 60kva generator and water supply.

The Villa is fully equipped SMEG appliances in the kitchen and laundry, 3 TV’s, Netflix, Apple TV, sound system, Nespresso facilities, air-conditioning etc.

The rooms lead onto their own private gardens with sun loungers and private pool.

This Villa is set on a 2 hectare farm and is perfect for a tranquil and peaceful getaway, but within 2 km of the quaint Franschhoek village.

Franschhoek is known for its beautiful mountain ranges and valley vistas, delicious wines, culinary delights and quaint shops.

You can enjoy secure parking behind locked gates, access to the rose garden, tennis court, vineyards and olive groves.

You have your own private entrance with your own private garden and pool.
Other things to note
You can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at Cafe Bon Bon who are our neighbours. Access is through a private gate a short walk through our vineyards.

Sandstone house is located in the quiet corner of Franschhoek with very little traffic noise as there is no through traffic.
