* Guests are welcome to book the Family Bungalow and the Guest Bungalow together for larger groups.
* The Family Bungalow accommodates 6 guests and is limited to 4 adults, as the 3rd bedroom is an adjoining bunkroom. Also featuring a sofa bed, available upon special request in advance for a nightly cost.
* The Guest Bungalow accommodates 2 guests and is limited to 2 adults sharing, as the bathroom is ensuite. Also featuring two sofa beds in the common lounge area, available upon special request in advance for a nightly cost.
* Pets are allowed for R50 per pet, per night, upon special request in advance.
* The minimum booking age is 25 years.
* Check in between 3 pm and 5 pm.
* Check out before 10 am.
* Quiet between 10 pm and 8 am.
* No parties or events are allowed.
* No smoking or vaping, or e-cigarette use is allowed inside the property.
* Enter at your own risk. All vehicles and persons enter these premises at their own risk.
* The owner, Tenants, or managing Agent will not be held liable for any damage, loss, injury, theft, or death arising from any cause whatsoever. Rights of Admission Reserved.
* Be responsible when using the braai / BBQ facility and ensure open fire and hot coals have been extinguished and covered after use. Fire is a high risk in the area.
* Report any faults or issues to the property manager/owner as they occur so they can be fixed before further damage may be caused.
* We require a R5000.00 breakage deposit before the guest's arrival. We work on an honesty box system ie. guests are responsible for breakages; kindly report any to the property manager.
* Off-street parking for one vehicle between the milkwood tree and the fence line.
* On-street parking space directly outside the wooden pedestrian gate.
* Additional parking is on-street on a first-come, first-served basis.

* Please note that your booking is not confirmed until we have both a reservation form and a deposit.

* We reserve the right to not refund bank costs upon cancellation for credit card bookings, as the bank does not credit initial deduction costs.

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
An administrative fee of 17.25 % will apply to all cancellations.
