Important Information

* Check-in is from 14h00, check-out is 10h00. We will assist with late check-ins on request with advanced notice. After-hours check-in from 18h00. There will be a R100.00 payment, and it is paid in Cash to the Lady handing over the keys.
* A deposit is required 48 hours after booking to secure the dates and room availability.
* As we do not take Breakage Deposit, we ask the Guest to please if they break something, leave a R50.00 for replacement, some of the Glasses can only be bought in sets of 4 or 6.
We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of cancellations or other situations where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
An administrative fee of 17.25 % will apply to all cancellations.
