Welcome to Sea La Vie, a stunning two-bedroom beach side apartment located in Gordan’s Bay, Cape Town. Known as the “Seaside Resort of the Winelands,” Gordon's Bay boasts delightful sandy beaches, picturesque marinas, and a unique blend of coastal and winelands experiences.

Upon entering, guests will be greeted by a well-designed open plan living space with modern finishes and neutral tones throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities needed to cook up a storm, including a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and refrigerator, as well as crockery and cutlery. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available for your convenience. Alongside the kitchen is a quaint dining table with chairs for up to four people. The lounge provides the perfect spot to kick up your feet and enjoy some down time while watching your favourite TV programs on the flat screen TV with the large glass doors framing the most beautiful, picturesque ocean views. Guests will have internet access throughout the apartment.

The main bedroom in this apartment features a queen size bed, a dressing table with a chair and an en-suite bathroom including a shower/bath combo, toilet and basin. Large glass doors in the main bedroom allow for an abundance of natural light and fresh air to fill the room while showing off the breathtaking ocean views. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, air conditioning and makes use of a shared bathroom featuring a shower, toilet and basin. Fresh towels and crisp linen are included with your stay.

A booking fee and a departure cleaning fee will be charged per booking.
Please note that there are incomplete building works adjacent to the property, which may partially obstruct the view. Although this may affect certain sightlines, it does not impact the overall comfort or quality of your stay.

A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a modest reimbursement may be requested.

Cancellation Policy

Should the booking be cancelled 15 days or more prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be refunded.
Should the booking be cancelled 14 days or less prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be forfeited.
An administrative fee of 17.25% will apply to all cancellations.
