Our apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located on a quiet road, the apartment is one of 4 units in a small complex with a security gate and secure parking.

As you step inside, you will be greeted by a bright, airy living space tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for families to relax and spend quality time together.

You can enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with Netflix, a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge.

Our 3 bedrooms are each thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring our beautiful city. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a reading nook and a dedicated work desk. The 2nd bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed. The 3rd smaller bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, adequate cupboard space, access to a private balcony and a shared full bathroom.

With air-conditioning installed in the 2 bigger bedrooms, you can ensure a restful night's sleep and a refreshing escape from the hot summer nights. Fresh linens and towels are provided for all guests.

A unique feature of the apartment is its large sundeck with a retractable awning. It is the ideal space for balmy summer evenings while taking in the magnificent Cape Town sunsets. It is also the perfect spot to either start the day with the crisp sea air or unwind after a full day with a glass of wine or enjoy a delicious meal al fresco. On the far side of the apartment is a second smaller balcony which is ideal for a quiet outdoor reading hour.

For those travelling with a car, we provide secure parking facilities for a single car, giving you peace of mind knowing your vehicle is safe and easily accessible. Uber remains a convenient and easy way to travel. The city bus alternative, MyCiTi Bus stop is located only one block away.

Guest access: Guests have access to the entire apartment during their stay.

Access to the premises is through the security gate where an allocated parking space will be available. Entry to the block, which has a total of 4 apartment units, is situated off the parking area.

Please note that the apartment is located on the 1st floor with stairs leading up to the front door.
