In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R500 admin fee per booking.

Daily dish services are charged at R 100 per day
Strictly no rental of accommodation to persons under 21 unless accompanied by 2 adults.
A refundable breakages deposit of R 500 is charged and will be refunded into guest's bank account within 10 days of receiving the breakage deposit form back if there are no losses or breakages.
Additional parking if available at R50 per night. R100 per night during the mid and high season.

Seabrook no longer accepts arrivals or bookings on Sunday or Public Holidays, guest can book in Mondays to Saturdays, however, should a guest require a check-in on a Sunday or public holiday there is an extra charge of R 500 applicable.

Free Wi-Fi is offered, guests are required to obtain a voucher and password at the Seabrook office during office hours.
