The second and third bedroom has 2 single beds, while the fourth bedroom has 1 double bed under and bunk on top. The second bathroom has a bath and basin, and separate shower as well as a separate toilet.

Guests will enjoy the lovely open-plan kitchen and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests self-catering needs, including a dining area with plenty of seating. The lounge is equipped with a TV that includes 11 DStv channels. Relax with a sundowner and enjoy the beautiful beach views.

A covered parking bay is included with this unit. A small security safe is also provided for personal items.

The Intercity Express Bus stops at Marine Drive by the Margate Mini Coach stop just 500 m from the Seabrook Apartments. Thereafter no further transport is required during guests holidays as all shops, banks, other business, restaurants and entertainment are within walking distance from the holiday apartments.

In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R500 admin fee per booking.

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the establishment.

Daily dish services are charged at R 100 per day
Strictly no rental of accommodation to persons under 21 unless accompanied by 2 adults.
A refundable breakages deposit of R 500 is charged and will be refunded into guests bank account within 10 days of receiving the breakage deposit form back if there are no losses or breakages.
Additional parking if available at R 50 per night. R 100 per night during the mid and high season.

Seabrook no longer accepts arrivals or bookings on Sunday or Public Holidays, guest can book in Mondays to Saturdays, however, should a guest require a check-in on a Sunday or public holiday there is an extra charge of R 500 applicable.

Free Wi-Fi is offered, guests are required to obtain a voucher and password at the Seabrook office during office hours.
