Seemansrust is a cosy, comfortable beach house set right on the water, offering beautiful views of the Langebaan Lagoon. It’s the perfect choice for beach and water lovers, with the added bonus of stunning West Coast sunsets.

The house accommodates up to 9 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the fourth has a single bed and a bunk bed. These two rooms share a third bathroom, also fitted with a shower. Linen is provided, but guests are asked to bring their own towels.

The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, and a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer are also available for added convenience. The lounge offers comfortable seating and a TV with selected DStv channels, along with free Wi-Fi access.

Sliding doors from the lounge open onto an enclosed patio with a dining table, lounge seating, and a built-in braai—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the lagoon views. The property also features a spacious enclosed garden and secure parking.
