There are two well-equipped bathrooms, one on each floor, ensuring comfort and convenience for everyone.

The spacious open-plan living area is the heart of the home. It boasts a cosy indoor fireplace, perfect for warming up on chilly winter evenings. Large sliding doors open onto a sheltered patio, where you can enjoy a traditional South African braai with friends and family while soaking up the sea breeze.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly flows from the living area, making entertaining a pleasure. A separate scullery keeps the main space tidy and functional. For added peace of mind during power outages, the kitchen includes a gas hob, allowing you to prepare meals even during load-shedding.

Please Note: There is currently ongoing construction near the property, which may result in some noise during regular working hours. We appreciate your understanding and aim to keep any disruption to a minimum.

Important Information

Breakage Deposit:
A key & breakage deposit of R1000 is payable with the deposit prior to arrival. This deposit is refundable by bank transfer within 5 – 7 working days after departure, once house has been checked and all found in order.

Check-in time is strictly between 14h00 – 17h00 (Mon – Thu), 14h00 – 19h00 (Fri) & 14h00 – 16h00 (Sat & Sun & Public Holidays). A surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof, will be charged for any arrival later than check-in time as indicated.

Check-out time is strictly at 10h00 on the last day of your stay

PLEASE NOTE: No check-ins or check-outs are offered on Good Friday, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day.

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled more than one month prior to arrival 85% of deposit will be refunded.
Between 30 & 22 days prior to arrival 70% of deposit will be refunded.
Between 21 & 16 days before arrival date 50% of amount paid will be refunded
Between 15 & 7 days before arrival date 20% of amount paid will be refunded
Less than 7 days before arrival date, or in the event of a guest not arriving, no refund will be considered or paid.
