Sensual is an upmarket villa located in the scenic area of Camps Bay, in Cape Town. The property offers stunning views of the ocean from most areas of the house.

This multi-level holiday home can accommodate 6 guests, and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms and an open-plan living area. The main and second bedroom are located on the top level; the main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the second and third bedrooms each have a double bed. Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower or a shower and bath and heated towel rails.

The fully equipped kitchen contains the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare and cook meals, including an ice machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer. The living area boasts an entertainment area that has a gas fireplace, dividing the longe black granite table and bar area from the lounge.

The adjacent living area leads out to the patio and down a few steps to the swimming pool and outdoor furniture, where guests can admire stunning ocean views while enjoying sundowners. Wi-Fi Internet is also available on the property, and there is garage parking for 2 vehicles.

Important Information

- A once-off booking fee as well as a departure cleaning fees applies to all bookings.
- A refundable breakage deposit of R 20 000.00 is payable directly to the Property Manager.
- The number of persons residing on or at the premises shall at no time exceed the maximum number stipulated in the
Confirmation of Reservation.
- A percentage of the rental shall be paid as a deposit (“the rental deposit”) as set out in the Confirmation of Reservation.
- The Guests shall be liable to pay fees, charges or penalties for breach of the Agreement of Stay as detailed in that contract.
- The Guests accept that no amount of care or precaution can exclude risks inherent in the rental of the premises or use of its
equipment and facilities, and voluntarily associate itself with these inherent risks and indemnify the Owner and Property
Managing Company against any risk, liability, loss, claim or proceedings including Claims from any other party’s consequent upon
the death, bodily injury or illness of any person, and/or damage to or loss of any property, or due to unlawful conduct by the
Guests.

Cancellation Policy

The Guest hereby agrees to the following cancellation charges:

- Should the Guest cancel or shorten their reservation for any reason, more than 3 months before the date of arrival, the
Indemnified Parties shall retain 30% of the Reservation Costs, as a cancellation charge in respect of cancelled or shortened
night’s stay;
-Should the Guest cancel or shorten their reservation for any reason, less than 3 months before the date of arrival, the Indemnified Parties shall retain 50% of the Reservation Costs as a cancellation charge in respect of cancelled or shortened night’s stay;
- Should the Guest cancel or shorten their reservation less than 6 weeks before the date of arrival, for whatever reason, the Indemnified Parties shall retain 75% of the Reservation Costs as a cancellation charge, in respect of cancelled or shortened
night’s stay;
-Should the Guest cancel or shorten the rental less than 4 weeks before the date of arrival, for any reason, the full Reservation Cost
will be retained as a cancellation fee or be due and payable if not yet paid.
- Any refunds due to the Guest are subject to exchange control approval, if applicable, and bank charges, all of which are for the
Guest's account.

An administrative fee of 10% will apply to all cancellations.

We advise all guests to take out cancellation insurance.
