One of the unique aspects of Paternoster is the abundance of whales and dolphins that can often be seen playing in the ocean, a spectacle that visitors can enjoy for most of the year (about 10 months). For those visiting during spring, Paternoster transforms into a floral wonderland after the first rains. The landscape is carpeted with millions of indigenous flowers that bloom in vibrant bursts of color, usually from late July to September, creating a mesmerizing sight.

Check In Time is strictly between 14h00 - 17h00.
A surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof will be charged for any arrival later than 19h00, unless prior arrangement has been made.
Check Out Time is strictly at 10h00 on the last day of your stay.

-Any house or room that has not been vacated by check out time will be subject to a surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof, for each hour exceeding the check out time.
-No Parties allowed unless prior arrangements were made and only the amount of guests per house allowed.
-A R650 Key & Breakage deposit is payable with the deposit or on arrival and is refundable within 5 - 7 working days.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 80% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 30% of the deposit.
If cancelling 365 days before arrival, forfeit 15% of the deposit.
An administrative fee of 15% will apply to all cancellations.
