Sorgente 405 is a fully furnished, self-catering apartment located in the secure Sorgente complex in Umdloti, overlooking the popular Umdloti Tidal Pool.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed while the second and third bedrooms each have 2 single beds.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering. The dining area has a 6-seater dining table while the lounge is equipped with a TV that has selected DStv channels. The living area opens through glass sliding doors to a balcony with sea views.

Important Information

- All bookings will incur a once off admin fee of R630.
- There is an additional breakage and disturbance deposit of R1500 per booking which is refundable after your stay as well as a community levy of R10 per night.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations can be made 30 days or more before arrival for bookings between February and November. The admin fee will however be payable.
- Deposits that have been made to secure the booking will be refunded less the admin fee.
- Cancellations made 30 days plus before December and January bookings will be charged 25% of the deposit paid as well as the admin fee.
- Cancellations within a month of arrival will be on re-sell basis.
- The managing agent will refund the amount paid if all nights can be re-sold at the same or higher amount less the admin fee.
- If the unit cannot be re-sold, a refund of the deposit paid cannot be granted.
