No contract exists between the Tenant and South Beach until we have received this amount together with the signed and completed the Provisional reservation form.
Should the balance not be paid in terms of the due date on the Booking Form, South Beach reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
Payment can be made either by:
(i) Bank transfer to the bank account detailed on the Booking Form (payment confirmation should be emailed or faxed to our office) or (ii) credit card by forwarding your details on the booking form.
