This contemporary 7 bedroom home is situated high up in Camps Bay and boasts endless stunning ocean views. The house is built over two main floors with a few smaller landing levels. Perfect for a family holiday with a games room, and swimming pool and a large jacuzzi.

On the ground floor, the double garage has been converted into a spacious games room. This vibrant and fun space includes a pool table, Foosball, table tennis, dartboard and more, including a small bar area. The entrance hall has a double door providing extra security as well as protection from the wind. All the bedrooms are on this main floor but on a few different levels.

The Master has a King bed, open-plan bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and double vanity. The second bedroom is also en-suite with a shower and single vanity. It shares its balcony with the Master bedroom. The third bedroom has a double bed and en-suite with a shower and single vanity.
The fourth and fifth bedrooms have a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower as well as a balcony with beautiful sea views. The sixth bedroom is on a lower lever of this floor and has it's own entrance and security system. This room has a double bed, a dedicated bathroom and a kitchenette. The seventh bedroom is perfect for teens. There is a double bed as well as a double sleeper couch and en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath and single vanity. All the bedrooms in this stunning home have air conditioning and Smart TV's.

The lower floor is the entertainment section of the house and there are many rooms
for different activities. As you enter this floor there is a guest bathroom on your right
and fully equipped laundry room. The kitchen has all the appliances including a family-size airfryer and gas hob. It

opens onto both the breakfast room and the formal lounge and dining areas. The
breakfast room has lounge seating for 6, a coffee bar, dining seating for 10. This
room opens onto a 200 m2 wooden deck with a jacuzzi and that seats 8, a second
swimming pool and outdoor lounge seating 8 with a 12 seater dining table at the gas
braai area with JBL wireless sound system. There are also 6 loungers around the pool. The formal open plan living/dining room has dining seating for 10 and lounge seating for 8. This room also opens onto the main entertainment deck.

Just off the formal living room is a gymnasium and office and a media entertainment
room with large smart TV with seating for 12. Both these rooms have DSTV.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Arrival & Departure

Standard check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival.

Check-out time is before 10am on the day of departure.

We will try to accommodate all other arrival and departure times. If you have any special requests, please contact the office to arrange this prior to the date of your arrival.

To guarantee early arrivals or late departures, an additional fee of half a day's rental may be charged.

Upon check-in, you may be required to produce proof of identification and your credit card.

Should guests not check-out at the agreed time on the check-out date, the manager will be entitled to charge for the overstay at a rate of up to double the average rate of their current stay, plus all applicable Guest Fees, Taxes and any legal expenses incurred.

It is important to note that by agreeing to our terms and conditions, the guest authorises the Property Manager to utilise their deposit to cover any breakages or damages to the property.

Payment Terms
In order to confirm a reservation, a deposit payment of 50% is due within 48 hours of written confirmation of booking.

A balance payment of 50% is due 40 days prior to arrival.

We require verification on TRUVI OR a cash payment of up to R50,000 for damage deposit purposes.

Our properties are protected by TRUVI – a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly by TRUVI to complete your booking validation, which includes ID verification. We also use TRUVI to collect either a fully refundable deposit (plus a non-refundable admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver.

We charge a once-off per booking fee.

Smoking Policy
All our properties are strictly non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, pipes, cigars, hubbly bubblies and marijuana.

Please note that any guests who smoke inside a property will be levied a R5,000 fine per incident. This is payable directly to your Host by card payment or cash. Additional charges may be levied for professional upholstery, linen and curtain cleaning and sanitising.
Liability

Events Policy

Our properties are for Accommodation purposes only. We do not act as a hosting venue nor are our properties intended for such use.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION

All bookings will receive a refund, less 20% administrative fee if cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Bookings cancelled between 60 & 32 days prior to arrival, forfeit the deposit.

Bookings cancelled within 31 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment.

Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property. In the event that your cancelled dates are rebooked, the Property Manager will charge an 11.5% booking fee and the guests will receive a refund for the balance.

An administrative fee of 20% will apply to all cancellations.

We advise all guests to take out cancellation insurance.
