The lounge opens up onto a magnificent pool deck and built in braai. The second floor has a full kitchen and scullery area, dining area, lounge with inside braai, dedicated TV room with surround sound and a full sized bar area. Ground floor is the double garage and nanny`s room. A lift connects all floors however there is a staircase for those looking to add to their daily steps. The large garden has an artificial surface putting and chipping green for the golf enthusiast and a lovely fountain that attracts the local birdlife.
