Sugar Beach 2B is a comfortable and nicely furnished self-catering apartment, ideally located in the modern and stylish Sugar Beach complex overlooking the popular Umdloti Tidal Pool. The complex is centrally situated near to various shops, restaurants and amenities.

Important Information

- All bookings will incur a once off admin fee of R630.
- There is an additional breakage and disturbance deposit of R1500 per booking which is refundable after your stay as well as a community levy of R10 per night.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations can be made 30 days or more before arrival for bookings between February and November. The admin fee will however be payable.
- Deposits that have been made to secure the booking will be refunded less the admin fee.
- Cancellations made 30 days plus before December and January bookings will be charged 25% of the deposit paid as well as the admin fee.
- Cancellations within a month of arrival will be on re-sell basis.
- The managing agent will refund the amount paid if all nights can be re-sold at the same or higher amount less the admin fee.
- If the unit cannot be re-sold, a refund of the deposit paid cannot be granted.
