Overview

Summer Dreams offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a tastefully decorated beach house with sea views, situated just 700 m from Ski Boat Bay in Ramsgate, and 2 km from Ramsgate Beach. The house is popular among golfers, large families, and groups.

The double-storey house offers a lovely elevated sea view vista, and can accommodate up to 16 guests in 7 bedrooms and a double sleeper couch in the upstairs lounge. Upstairs comprises the kitchen, living room and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en suite. Downstairs comprises 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and 2 of the bedrooms downstairs each contain a queen-size bed. All the other bedrooms have 2 single beds in each. Each bedroom has a built-in cupboard and is fitted with a ceiling fan for the warm summer evenings.

The upstairs living room offers sea views, and a TV with full DStv; there is also a second lounge downstairs with full DStv. The downstairs lounge opens onto a grassed garden for the children to play, and a private swimming pool where guests can relax after a day on the beach. The swimming pool has a safety net to keep the little ones or non swimmers safe.

The house is equipped with free Wi-Fi, and the connection is limited to 10GB of blended data per month, so it is not meant for excessive downloading. The house offers 2 entrances; at the main entrance there is a double automated garage for secure parking and the second entrance at the back of the property allows for ample off-road gated parking for guests. There is also a single garage plus a lock-up carport.

Security comprises armed response by Wolf security, full sensors inside the house and the latest beams outside the house. Burglar bars are fitted to the windows and the double garage is automated.

Important Information

Breakage deposit of R 2000 refundable and a R300 admin fee to be paid directly to the establishment. The deposit will be refunded approximately 2 weeks after your departure less any deductions necessary.

Minimum of 2 nights

Should you wish to confirm this booking, please ensure that the deposit is in our account before the due date to avoid cancellation. Please be advised that 50% of the total quote is required for all bookings. Failure to pay deposit by the stipulated date will result in cancellation of the provisional booking and the owners will retain the right to re-hire it to another client. No keys will be released without full and final payment.

No weddings, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. Tenants will not be allowed to enter and or occupy the unit where their numbers exceed maximum tenants per unit, in which case guests forfeit their full fees and deposit.

Non smoking: this is a non-smoking residential property.

NO Pets are allowed unless written approval is given my management.

For all bookings, please bring beach towels, black bags, toilet paper and dish-washing liquid. A minimal amount of these items are supplied. All bed linen is provided.

Check In and Check Out Time: Arrival time is from 14h00 and departure is strictly 10h00 as our house keeper needs to prepare for incoming guests. Early Arrival or Late Departure must be arranged in advance. Penalty of R 1000 per hour for late checkout if not agreed in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel your booking the administration fee will be forfeited Notice of cancellation must be given on month in advance in writing. There is a cancellation fee of 20% Cancellations less than month (30 days) in advance will result in the full amount being forfeited If the unit that you have booked is suddenly not available due to unforeseen circumstances we will offer you alternate accommoda-tion or refund your payment in full
