Body Corporate Rules:
Unfortunately due to previous guests' behaviour the building has implemented hefty fines on disrespecting of neighbours and rules. Ringing doorbells can result in a R500 fine.

Parking Garage :
There is a free parking garage located one street up from Caprice Court, close to the pedestrian entrance.
It is a single, covered garage with a pad lock.
Please note that the garage is better suited for smaller vehicles.

We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required.

Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.

Important Information

The host has set some house rules, which you'll be asked to agree to when you book.

We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than 2 guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval
Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 10PM)
No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
No pets are permitted on the property.

Cancellation Policy

For bookings where the arrival date is more than 7 days in the future, 50% of the booking must be paid to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid within 7 days of the check-in date.
Regular reminders will be sent to settle the outstanding 50% from 7 days prior to arrival. If we have not received the remaining 50% of the booking prior to arrival, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation and enforce the cancellation policy.
If the initial 50% payment has not been received within 48 hours of making the booking, the booking will be cancelled.
For bookings where the arrival date is less than 7 days in the future, 100% of the booking must be paid to confirm the booking.
Under no circumstances will keys be given to the guest until 100% of the booking is paid.
Cancellation of the booking more than 5 days before checkin date will result in a full refund.
Cancellation of the booking within 5 days of checkin date will result in a charge of 50% of the booking value.
Cancellation of the booking within 1 day of checkin date will result in a charge of 100% of the booking value.
