Sunset bay is a chic three-bedroomed property with a distinct beach-cottage feel and unsurpassed ocean views of the Atlantic Ocean. Located in a quiet street in Camps Bay, this beautiful three-bedroomed property is ideal for a relaxing, hassle-free holiday.

The villa is split over two levels with two bedrooms and the open-plan living spaces on the first level and the third bedroom on the lower level of the villa. The lounge and dining spaces of the villa are spacious and bright and decorated in natural shades, and wooden tones with contemporary-chic décor, creating a breezy, laid-back feel.

Two large couches, a cosy gas fireplace, and a built-in flat-screen television create a comfortable place to relax, and a six-seater dining table is ideal for indoor entertaining. A designer open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities necessary for a hassle-free holiday, including a double fridge/freezer, microwave, and gas stove.

The living spaces flow seamlessly out onto a spacious patio with a glass atrium-style roof and an eight-seater dining table for alfresco dining on warm summer nights. The patio leads onto a wooden deck with a small plunge pool and unfettered views of the ocean beyond.

Two bedrooms are located on the first floor with king-size beds, spacious en-suite bathrooms, and access to the patio and pool deck, and a private balcony via floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors. The master en-suite bathroom has an elegant freestanding bath, a glass-enclosed rain shower, and double vanities, and boasts beautiful ocean views. It also has a spacious dressing/vanity room with a large mirror and desk and ample built-in cupboard space.

The second bedroom on this level has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with single vanity and shower, and air-conditioning. This bedroom opens onto the patio and pool deck and has spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The ground level of the villa is home to one bedroom with a king-size bed and a separate bathroom with a single vanity and a shower. This bedroom is naturally lit with a large window and has plenty of living space with a comfortable couch, a flat-screen television, and ample built-in cupboard space.

Sunset Bay has a double garage and off-street parking and is fully secure with an alarm. A short, easy stroll will take you down to the palm-lined beachfront of Camps Bay and its many restaurants, cafés, and buzzing beach bars, while the beautiful blue-flag beaches of Clifton are five minutes away.

PLEASE NOTE: No children under the age of 13 years are allowed due to an unsafe staircase.

This is a dedicated year-round vacation home which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. Important Information

Arrival & Departure
Standard check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is before 10am on the day of departure.
We will try to accommodate all other arrival and departure times. If you have any special requests, please contact the office to arrange this prior to the date of your arrival.
To guarantee early arrivals or late departures, an additional fee of half a day's rental may be charged.
Upon check-in, you may be required to produce proof of identification and your credit card.
Should guests not check-out at the agreed time on the check-out date, the manager will be entitled to charge for the overstay at a rate of up to double the average rate of their current stay, plus all applicable Guest Fees, Taxes and any legal expenses incurred.
It is important to note that by agreeing to our terms and conditions, the guest authorises the Property Manager to utilise their deposit to cover any breakages or damages to the property.

Payment Terms
In order to confirm a reservation, a deposit payment of 50% is due within 48 hours of written confirmation of booking.
A balance payment of 50% is due 40 days prior to arrival.

Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG – a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG to complete your booking validation, which includes ID verification.
We charge a once-off per booking fee of R550.

Smoking Policy
All our properties are strictly non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, pipes, cigars, hubbly bubblies and marijuana.

A minimum fine of R10 000 will be charged if smoking, narghile, shisha, goza, hookah, water pipes, battery powered electronic smoking devices or any other activity that burns tobacco (or similar) takes place indoors on the property or guests/tenants may be requested to vacate the property or both. You will be billed additionally for the cleaning of the property.

Events,Functions and Parties:
Our properties are for accommodation purposes only. No parties, functions, events and/or similar are to be held at the properties under any circumstances. As such no third-party suppliers, caterers, external contractors and/or similar are allowed onto the premises, unless by prior arrangement and written consent by management.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation the guest/agent must immediately notify BookNow in writing. The cancellation date shall be deemed to be the date when such notice is received by BookNow. In the event of cancellation, the following charges shall apply;
Cancellation 31 days or more before arrival – the initial booking deposit shall be forfeited (50% of the total booking value); or
Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival – 100% of the total booking cost shall be forfeited.
In the event of a Peak booking (any booking falling between 15 December – 10 January):

Cancellation 61 days or more before arrival – the initial booking deposit shall be forfeited (50% of the total booking value); or
Cancellation 60 days or less before arrival – 100% of the total booking cost shall be forfeited.An administrative fee of 20% will apply to all cancellations.

Amendments or booked dates: Please note that any amendment requests shall be at the discretion of the owner/manager and the company (additional charges will apply, if approved). There shall be no entitlement to a refund in the event that the guest decides to stay for a shorter period than what has been booked and paid for. Also note the rates are based and negotiated based on the originally booked dates. Shortening of stays will result in an increase of the nightly rate, if accepted by the owner/ manager and the company.

**Travel Insurance: Guests are advised to procure suitable insurance covering cancellation and agree to purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including “Cancel for any reason cover” at the time of the booking.
