Children aged 12 years and younger (maximum one child per room) will be accommodated free of charge on a Bed Only basis if sharing with one or two adults, but will be charged for meals. Children occupying their own rooms will be charged the full adult rate. Children aged 0-2, no charge. Children aged 3-12, 50% of the applicable rate per meal per day. This policy does not apply to room service meals.

Cancellation Policy

Full pre-payment of the accommodation amount is required in order to secure your booking. Should a pre
payment or guarantee not be received to secure the booking, the hotel has the right to cancel the booking
within 48 hours of the arrival date.
2.2. Check-in is from 14h00 and check-out is by 10h00.
2.3. Cancellation Policy per Booking:
a. Cancellations – for seven or less rooms – within 48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a
full cancellation fee of the value of one night’s accommodation booked.
b. Cancellations – eight rooms or more – tour cancellation policy in 1 above will apply.
2.4. Guaranteed reservations which have prepaid in full or have alternative guarantees in place with extended
payment facilities at the hotel, will be held for first night only, thereafter the accommodation will be
released if not occupied.
2.5. Elephant Point and Bakubung Villas payment and cancellation information will be communicated at time
of reservation.
*An administrative fee of 17.25 % will apply to all cancellations.
