We are a boutique facility comprising 4 individual units with 5 bedrooms in total.
All four units are self catering and come equipped for this purpose.
In addition each unit comes with milk, sugar, coffee, tea and a choice of 3 cereals.
All units have own separate entrances and private bathrooms.
We have free secure parking inside protected with movement sensors as well as armed response from our local security company. The Fairlands Police Station is up the road.
To encourage privacy and independence Guests are issued with remote control keys.
We are 5 minutes from Wesbank / FNB Home loans and MTN Head offices; Northcliff Eye Institute; Mosaic Theater; Academy of Advanced Life Support; Insimbi Academy; Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa; Action Factory etc.

No show or cancellation within 14 days of stay – No refund due.
Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before stay – 25% of the deposit will be refunded.
